MCBI is working with the University of Michigan Depression Center in the Department of Psychiatry (http://www.depressioncenter.org/) to develop novel techniques combining clinical information with state of the art research information.

MCBI is using information technology to help build the data infrastructure of the Depression Center, enabling scientists to make novel discoveries across many of the interdisciplinary studies currently underway at the Depression Center. Through this increased collaboration and ease of translation of knowledge through the center, we intend to improve understanding of depression and have meaningful impact on the clinical treatment of depression.
