Governance

The CTA Board of Directors is comprised of the Vice Presidents of Research or representatives from member Institutions (University of Michigan, Michigan State University, Wayne State University, the Van Andel Institute, Western Michigan University, Kalamazoo Valley Community College, and Grand Valley State University), as well as from Michigan companies or organizations (Michigan Economic Development Corporation; Neogen Corporation; Pfizer, Inc.; and Dow Chemical Corporation).  Officers include the President and CEO, the Vice President, the Treasurer, and the Secretary of the corporation.

A Scientific Advisory Board (SAB) has been appointed by the Board of Directors to provide advice in regard to marketing, opportunities related to drug discovery or drug development, and issues related to scientific and intellectual property.
