The MCBC’s services range from initial strategic consultations through creation and occasional implementation of complex preclinical and clinical development plans consistent with GLP, GMP and GCP regulatory requirements. The MCBC has the ability to assemble and oversee a development team encompassing all aspects of pharmaceutical development, and it can provide innovators with access to the long heritage of drug development expertise in southwest Michigan including:

• Drug discovery
• Preclinical development including medicinal chemistry, pathology/toxicology, drug metabolism, pharmacokinetics, and protein therapeutics and diagnostics
• Biostatistics
• Clinical development
• Regulatory affairs

The MCBC provides a ‘one-stop’ shop for access to a wide array of talent, particularly when those needing pharmaceutical development services may not be aware of precisely what expertise is needed to address their individual problem, or even what all of their problems are.
